Passengers are expected to be on time at the pickup location.

Delays may result in cancellation or additional waiting charges at our discretion.

2. Right to Refuse Service

Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior

Illegal activities

Violating driver safety protocols

Safety of our drivers and passengers is our top priority.

3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full refund.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
